    I haven't experienced anything wrong with this Round Table. I am actually impressed. We ya have ordered here a few time in the last couple of months and each time has been excellent. The drivers have shown up early a few times. Tonight they delivered the pizzas in 20 minutes! The delivery staff has always been extremely kind. I will continue to order from this Round Table!

    Our favorites pizzas: triple play pepperoni and the chicken garlic gourmet. So good!

    I live Round Table and have ordered from this location dozens of times over the years as they are the one who will deliver to my address. This is consistently the absolute worst run location in terms of customer service and delivery. I have run into issues in the past, but here is what happened tonight (Tuesday evening)...

    6:50pm: Call in an order for a large pizza. Estimate for delivery is 1 hour.

    8:10: I call in to check on the late order. It turns out the order "got cancelled" and they "didn't know how to call me back." They say they will put the order back in and get it to me in 30 min.

    8:50: I call in to check on the status of the late pizza. It turns out that the *POSTMATES* they sent to me returned the pizza to them because "nobody answered." First of all, wtf is around Table doing sending out Postmates instead of their own drivers?! Second of all, I never received a phone call that there was a problem and nobody ever came up to my door.

    It is now 9:15pm and I haven't had dinner. Allegedly they are sending a pizza my way. It will be the last. Has I known my idea of a lazy evening would have gone so awry, I'd have just made real food on my own.

    Came here midweek at 6:00pm, ordered in person. Not busy. I ordered a large Wombo Combo and took about 15-20 minutes to take.

    Friendly staff. Brought out my pizza to go while I sat and waited.

    Weird menu placed which on the order counter. Not the most welcoming vibes but pizza is yummy!

    I've never actually been to this location, and I probably won't ever, because of a situation that happened yesterday. My co worker asked me if there was a toy table nearby, and so we called this location wanting to place an order for delivery. According to google maps which is linked to yelp, the restaurant offers delivery, but when my coworker tried to place an order, he was told that they in fact don't do that. I thought it was maybe a location issue, but were at fisherman's wharf, and this round table is on north point. Maybe they should remove that icon saying that they deliver.

    The issue is regarding the employees and level of customer service; I had the completely wrong pizza delivered to my location, at that time the wanted to send the right order. I appreciated that but wanted a refund; they said they couldn't provide a refund but they'd make a note on my acct and I'd get the next order for free. The person on the phone said his name was Johnathon, I wanted more assurances/a number to validate but he assured that it wouldn't be an issue.

    Now flashback to today, I call and explain the situation (everything seemed fine) placed the order for the exact one that was wrong and then they told me a total. I said it should be free to replace the previous order. The two men on the phone then got aggressive, saying they aren't giving out pizza for free, that they "just work here" and the manager isn't in but if I had his number I could call and talk to him (?). I asked what is the managers name and when the manager would be there. They said they wouldn't give me names, they are busy, and hung up on me. I called back and again asked for the managers name. Hung up on again.
    I called back, asked again they aggressively yelled again that they are busy but got the information.

    I'll be filing a fraudulent charge with my bank acct for that transaction and that has been the last time I support this business location.

    I'd encourage others not to go to this business either.
